Wonderful big room and nice staff. Lightning in bathroom didn't work but the helpful staff fixed it.

Perfect for an overnight stay in Shepherds Bush.
Price was perfect
The prompt service. The location was useful with laundry, bus stop, and major metro and train station nearby.
Location was super, ther eare 3 Tube stations nearby, one of them, Hammersmith, goes straight to Heathrow. There are pubs, a shopping mall, a convenience store, a Tesco... all within walking distance. The room is a little small, but having stayed in various hotels in London, it's completely functional and quite good value.

+Shower is great, i appreciate the good pressure showers, shampoo, soap and gel provided
+Location is very convenient with many Tube stations, a convenient store and a supermarket all at walking distance
