Lovely, clean, comfortable, modern apartment. Only 10 minutes walk from City centre. Free allocated parking space. Great views from the balcony. Friendly, helpful host.
This spacious penthouse flat was clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. It has a very secure parking space within the building quadrangle. Since the flat is on the top floor, the lift was much appreciated. The host, Michelle, welcomed us to the flat and was very helpful is dealing with our queries throughout our stay. The city centre is only a 15 minutes away and there is an ASDA store and Costa cafe only a short walk from the premises.
This apartment is absolutely stunning with beautiful decor and a wrap around balcony with furniture and a great view of the cathedral. great place to explore around York, shops and restaurants close by.staff were absolutely amazing with helping us when I ended up with problems with our check in. Iwill definitely be recommending this place to family and friends who also love York and will also be looking out for there other apartments when travelling around the country.

Just getting ready to leave after 4 glorious days and don't want to leave
Apartment 31 is out of this world a whole balcony to ourselves.We will be back to this apartment and hopefully my sister will be back with us .The host Michelle is a lovely kind lady.So helpful nothing was too much trouble .We had an emergency whilst here and her kindness was amazing.I would recommend this place without a shadow of a doubt to anyone thinking of staying here
