Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast in a nice quiet dining room downstairs. Comfortable bed, good lighting, well-selected individual toiletries.
The rooms were wonderful. Old world feel. So cozy. The people were lovely and I happened to get sick while I was there and they were really wonderful and attentive. It’s not a fancy 5* hotel with room service but they went out of their way to deliver food and waters to my door. The woman in the breakfast room was so kind!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their help and support while I was stuck in bed for 2 days! The people mean everything!
Small luxuries, excellent service, fantastic location
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Handy for the underground and lots of places to eat around South Kensington.
