The facilities are enough, the price is reasonable, the staff are nice and competent in providing service, and the location is convenient.
It's close to the district line, making commuting easy
Friendly and helpfull staff, close to the tube, clean and simple, good if you want to be in the city for a whole day and use the hotel only to sleep in. Beds were ok.
Not my first time here, been going for 6 years now. It is a very warm place to be in even in winter. And the staff is very nice to talk too. Never had a problem out all the years I have been going. I tell other people to come here.
I had a problem with the shower, which was solved immediately
