Comfortable large room close to Earls Court tube station. Some facility problems were solved quickly except for one.

Great location. One street over from the main street. Room was clean, comfortable.

The staff were really friendly and pleasant. Both Mr. Amin and Mr. Aladdin kindly upgraded me to a better room. Mr. Amin made a genuine effort to connect with my 11-year-old son, and Mr. Aladdin remained cheerful even though he had to open the door for me past midnight. I checked in twice, as I had to travel elsewhere midway, and both rooms were excellent. It was summer, and I was especially grateful that the air-conditioning worked well. A big plus was having a washing machine and dryer in the room, which was a lifesaver in this humid weather. I would definitely book again.

The location is excellent on a quiet street, easy to travel around and close to all kinds of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The service is great. The hotel staff Azaddin is extremely helpful, attentive and caring.

Very nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood with good options for drinks & dinner, literally 3 minutes from Earl's court underground station. They upgraded our family studio to a bigger studio with a separate master bedroom.
