Friendly staff, quality food, comfortable and large bedroom (Theodore). Excellent breakfast. Nearby parking in council run car parks which use JustPark app.

We stayed at the Bear Hotel for two days while attending my nephew's wedding. The hotel was charming, the staff were all very nice and super helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that they did not have luggage racks upon request. In the room we stayed in there was no surface in the room that was large enough for even a small suitcase. I think we may have had one of the smaller rooms in the Inn, so with two suitcases on the floor there was barely room to walk around the bed and it felt like a bit of an obstacle course.
