The original building dates back to 1926 and features an iconic, 3-story high sculpture by the award-winning Sir Antony Gormley. The hotel offers free WiFi and easy access to London's shopping. Location, quality of hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Just a few steps from department store, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely service-minded. The room was perfectly and fully equipped with amenities as well as their Fitness center. Excellent Service. Complimentary still and sparkling water as requested.
From the service, to the food to the aesthetics, atmosphere truly an exceptional place. Room amenities are excellent.
