Very relaxed. The location being rural suited. Loverly rear garden with a beck running through. The breakfast was plentyful and of a very high quality. The bread being home made. Parking is secure behind gates. The hosts very friendly and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay in the Cayley Arms. Becky and Tim are very hospitable and can't do enough to make your stay memorable. I always think if you have plenty of locals then the place is good and this is definitely the case here. The food and service is very good. They offered lots of tips and advice on where to visit in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The property was lovely , lovely food , nice atmosphere. Our room was lovely and clean with everything we needed . Good car parking too .Tim and Becki was amazing hosts , very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble , Breakfast amazing will definitely be returning.

The location was excellent for travelling to various places of interest being an easy drive to the beaches of the north yorkshire coast & the beautiful countryside & historic sites further inland. The breakfasts were exceptional as was the food in the pub in the evening. All freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. Tim & Becky were excellent hosts, friendly & helpful, & very informative with suggestions of places to visit in the area.
