The location was amazing.
The hotel far exceeded my expectations, it was wonderful.
It was very clean, lovely helpful receptionist, very comfy beds. It was definitely a super find.
Staff was very friendly, nice, helpful. Wonderful location.
Location is wonderful; staff are just lovely - special shoutout to Matthew at reception who greeted us every day with a welcoming smile; rooms are very comfortable; and the breakfast is well worth getting up for. Also appreciated the water, real milk and cookies left in the room each day. I’m definitely coming back to The Chamberlain!
Spacious, clean, and comfortable room . The breakfast and the location is very good.
Great location - very convenient for both buses and tube. Plenty to see near by, easy walk to Tower Bridge, Sky Garden etc. Hotel is newly refurbished and was spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and attentive.
