Lovely location, really welcoming, helpful and friendly, everything we needed, peaceful, quiet and the bed was SO comfy.
There wasn’t any breakfast which meant we didn’t a lot of money on breakfast as had to get a cab into Syston to be able to eat a good breakfast

Landlady was very friendly, pub was traditional and very well kept
So very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms cosy and clean. Staff team excellent. Didn't stay for breakfast, evening meal was delicious , varied menu and great restaurant staff.
