Excellent location, just a short walk from Trafalgar Square. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and kindly accommodated our early check-in with a toddler. It was also a nice touch that the in-room drinks and snacks were complimentary.

Spotlessly clean, very nicely appointed room.
Quite comfortable room, probably because it was in the back corner of the attached building rather that the front of the Kai. Hotel that can be very noisy late into the evening. Staff in the lobby, bar, Starbucks were all very helpful and respectful.
Location was perfect with easy walking access to Trafalger Sq, Leister Sq, Covent Garden, Chinatown, The Embankment, etc.
