Hotel and room very clean
Staff very polite
Bar prices were very expensive
The location fantastic and you staff all were very friendly and helpful. We celebrated our Golden Wedding at you Hotel and we both felt very proud.
The location of the Hotel fantastic and the food was first class we enjoyed every meal with you. We celebrate our Golden Wedding on the weekend with you and was glad we booked with you. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Шикарнейшее расположение.
Нас поселили в номер по приезду, не нужно было ждать 15:00, за что огромная благодарность, ведь мы целую ночь ехали и не спали, поэтому ранее заселение было невероятным плюсом. Завтрак обыкновенный, за дополнительные деньги можно заказать то, что хочется.
Вообще очень понравился отель, для Лондона это очень классно.
Все понравилось.
Останавливались здесь уже во второй раз и отель снова нас не огорчил. Очень приветливый персонал, чистые, уютные номера, очень удобное расположение.
На завтрак не дают овсянку.
Расположение, приветливость персонала, комплимент отеля при въезде.
Не поменяли постельное белье. Маленький номер.
