The room, shower room and little extras were lovely, really roomy and quiet.
Comfiest bed I've ever stayed in away from home.
Staff were all lovely and gave us recommendations of places to eat (they are not currently doing food).
Tasty breakfast at the County Hotel opposite.
Hexham is a lovely "old school" town, with plenty to see and do, with a great range of restaurants and different cuisines.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the dining room were very comfortable and relaxing and the food options were very good. It was centrally located to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hexham.
The room and very comfortable bedding. The staff was extra friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Eva and Fiona. Also the breakfast was great and we had a very nice meal one evening as well.

The room is a great size, the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything you might need. The staff are brilliant. The breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.
