The Cock Inn is a family-run free house that has been run by the Bedford family for over 20 years. The Cock Inn hotel is less than 1 mile from the M11 and 1.5 miles from Sawbridgeworth station which is just a 40 minute train journey to London and to Cambridge. The Cock Inn restaurant serves homemade traditional pub meals, while the friendly bar has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant opening hours -

Super Break fast and Dinner. Very tasty and it was the best food during our entire 12 day travel. Location has a good neighbor hood. The front yard as well as back yard was good to enjoy the weather with proper garden furniture. If you are family of four, better to book two rooms since 4 bed rooms are tiny and can't accommodate the luggage if you are carrying 4 medium size luggage
Best value in the area plus good selection of beers.
Restaurant food very good plus very hot breakfast.
Pro's - Great price, great breakfast and great evening meal. The room was comfortable, warm and had all the basics it needed.
People were very friendly- great breakfast and dinner
