In the small village of Sheering, this family-run Public House offers 12 bedrooms with attached bathroom. The Cock Inn is a family-run free house that has been run by the Bedford family for over 20 years. The Cock Inn hotel is less than 1 mile from the M11 and 1.5 miles from Sawbridgeworth station which is just a 40 minute train journey to London and to Cambridge. The Cock Inn restaurant serves homemade traditional pub meals, while the friendly bar has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant opening hours -

Wednesday - Saturday Lunch service 12pm-2.30pm

Monday - Saturday Evening service 6pm-8.30pm

Sunday Lunch service 12pm-4.30pm Breakfast opening hours-

Super Break fast and Dinner. Very tasty and it was the best food during our entire 12 day travel. Location has a good neighbor hood. The front yard as well as back yard was good to enjoy the weather with proper garden furniture. If you are family of four, better to book two rooms since 4 bed rooms are tiny and can't accommodate the luggage if you are carrying 4 medium size luggage
