The location of the hotel was very helpful. The elevator system worked really well for a big hotel. Our

The location is very close to many bus stops and tube stations. The surrounding areas outside the hotel is not very clean though. The backstage lounge is worth the upgrade. Unlimited drinks and free food and snacks in the pm. Coffee in the lounge is also very good. Shout out to Desmond who made everything possible to get us a better room after we encountered some issues with our original room. The e-upgrade they offer is also worth it. Our suite had a good amount of space and a walk in closet

The location was good. We were 3 persons the room was spacious. They add extra bed. They moved the furniture just to make us feel better and comfortable. The staff were helpful they borrowed us the vacuum cleaner just to compress the vacuum bags for storage.
