It was clean, they had all of the nice little essentials.

Great staff, all of whom were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The premises is perfectly located for exploring Looe and is conveniently situated at street level. Good quality food is served throughout the day. Definitely recommend.

The food in room was perfect, and Decafe coffee. Thank you 1st hotel I've been in that has them.

Own room very quiet. People rating this place as low I tried to find the faults they had moaned about but the guest house/hotel is independent of the pub you still have to go through a section of the pub but it doesn't surprise me when people ask the staff on the bar something about the room and are met with concussion. There is a number to ring if there is anything you need and paper work on does and do nots. Alot of people didn't like the fact they couldn't get food but this isn't due to staff not being bothered it's so busy that people flood all of looe for food at those times.

À cosy place for a night with its excellent location on Looe harbour It’s nicely decorated and very clean with nice staff.. We were traveling around Cornwall and were after that type of places to spend our nights with its very British style. The view from our room was great and being woken up by the song of seagulls was also a plus.
