The room we had was large, clean, and had some charming historic elements (i.e., fireplace mantle and exposed beams). Half of us were in a separate "pod" at the rear of the hotel; it, too, was clean, attractive, and comfortable. It is a great value, especially when you factor in the amazing breakfast - our best breakfast of a 4-week stay in the UK & Ireland.

Beautiful location, easy to find and secure parking space. Friendly and helpful staff. The only item that could be added to the room would be a small fridge .

The Kings Head has great parking at the rear off the road with nice views, it was a fairly quite nights sleep which was nice to get and a comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and a shower that worked well. Breakfast was great every day and the evening meal was a good selection of threer courses and also very good.

Comfortable stay with a good breakfast. Well placed for the Berywns and further into North Wales. Our arrival was a little late and we didn't want to risk missing the end of service, but service was til 9 and the menu looked good.
