Breakfasts were great, staff very friendly and helpful.
It is distant to Windermere Station and to most of the shops. 30mins walk to the lakeside. The breakfast was so good and the staff were polite and helpful. The place is quiet as well. Surprisly, the room is bigger than most hotels in UK and it is neat and tidy as well..They are generous in providing teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Rosa was so nice however she is very busy serving breakfast. We had a lovely stay at Lamplighter!

Bright and comfortable bedrooms
Good location, close to the train station. Large, comfortable bed and quiet room. Staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant fare is delicious and priced reasonably.
