Communication from the owner was amazing. Answered every question and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area, parking, places to visit etc.
Information on arrival and how to get into the flat was easy to follow and detailed.
Location was fantastic, close to Waverley station which was helpful to us. Beds okay for our purpose. Heating brilliant as it was freezing. David was a responsive host and made heaps of suggestions. Dropped off extra towels when needed. Close to little supermarkets and bus stops.
Clean, not too far from city center/Princes street.
The house is very nice and full of many daily necessities.
The location was really good with a lot of coffee places and groceries.
