Close to Gaydon museum , our destination the next day. Very friendly staff, spacious and well equipped room. Lovely breakfast

The food is fantastic
I have stayed at the Merrie Lion on numerous occasions and if i am ever working in the area will try and stay there. The room are very spacious, clean and inviting. The Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great value for money. I had the catch of the day and it was lovely. The large breakfast is a belly buster, thoroughly enjoyed.
Pub right on the premises. Quiet neighborhood with a small grocery store just a block away.
Breakfast excellent.
I didn't need it, but they had given me a room with disabled facilities - which seemed very well done.
