The location of the hotel is excellent - for the purpose of exploring the centre of Sandwich and about 15 minutes' walk from the railway station. The carpark is not large and I was lucky to find a spot on the Saturday evening, when the pub was busy. The room and attached bathroom were spacious and well lit. I was pleased to have brought my own fan for what was a hot weekend - perhaps one would have been provided if I had asked. The cereals and English Breakfast were well presented in the very pleasant pub that was nice and quiet in the mornings.
