A complimentary breakfast basket in the room was a lovely idea, everything we needed to set us up for the day. Although it is a room above a busy pub we were not unduly disturbed by the noise because the double glazing worked well. We just needed a room for one night and it was good value for the price we paid.
Lovely cosy room clean with plenty of refreshments
Great staff, had the impression that the room had recently been redecorated with new carpet. Clean and warm. Comfortable bed.
Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Extremely quirky place with lots of nooks and crannies - only two bedrooms but managed to get lost trying to find them !

Everything was great! The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy with a very comfortable (and large) bed and a generous welcome basket with teas, coffee, fruit, biscuits, cereal etc.
There is a lovely, lively bar in the building- but even with staying over on the weekend, I wasn't disturbed by any noise in the room.
The location is fab - a couple of minutes walk from lots of independent shops and cafes.
Finally the price was very reasonable compared with similar accommodation close by. Would definitely stay again :)
