Cleanliness, comfort, great location near a tube station, restaurants, a convenience store. Beautifully decorated.

Lovely hotel with an excellent location. It is only about a block from the Glouster Road tube station. Heathrow Airport is about a 45-minute tube ride from Glouster Road. There is also a supermarket located only a couple blocks from the hotel. The indoor pool was surprisingly lovely. Steam room, sauna and locker room were well maintained. The staff was very accommodating. For example, in the middle of night the air conditioning in my room was not adequately. It was an unusually hot day in London. I went to the front desk. The night clerk quickly moved me to another on the same floor. The next morning, the air conditioning was w parking in my room and I went to the front to tell them I no longer needed the other room. They apologized for my inconvenience and asked if there was anything they could do. The woman offered to comp my breakfast the next morning. That is excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again when I am in London.

Location was perfect, close to metro station, nice style, affordable.

The Other House Kensington was a unique stay! We stayed in the vault-which was perfect for our group size. The room was nicely sized and had the appropriate amenities for our stay.

We love this place! Just about a block from the Gloucester Road tube station and in an amazing neighborhood. We asked them to hold our bags on the day we checked out and they were kind enough to offer us a key card to access the guest facilities throughout the day. Will definitely stay here again
