The location was wonderful! The room was cozy and full of charm and the staff were very helpful.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! They waited for us even though our plane was late and we arrived 7 hours late! Many thanks!
Extremely well located, opposite South Kensington tube station, well-appointed air-conditioned room, quiet, with access to an elevator, a great breakfast and very efficient. The best thing about this hotel however, is the staff: all very welcoming, helpful, friendly—some of the best professional hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure to do business with anywhere. Very highly recommended, especially the front baggage gentleman who went out of his way to make my stay a true pleasure.
I love the two drawing rooms & the design of the hotel’s rooms but the staff is also exceptional. I was traveling alone and they were so friendly & engaging. I was treated so well by all the staff and the breakfast staff made it fun to have breakfast. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the beds are exceptionally lovely. Each room has a unique design and they are gorgeous.
