We’ve stayed at the pooley bridge inn lots of times over many years, love it, staff are friendly. Food amazing
Wonderful location, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming..we stayed on a bed,breakfast and evening meal option, which we found great value for money. The food was lovely and plenty of choice for both evening meal and breakfast.
The rooms were beautifully decorated,the bed was really comfy and the view from the balcony was superb.

Rooms are well apointed, coffee/tea making facility nice, bathroom spotless, and linens comfortable. We had two rooms. One was a double, which was quite small, the bed and the room. I think two adults would've stuggle to be comfortable in the bed but I was bunking in my with youngest. The other room was a superior double room with a balcony and much bigger bed and space wise. We had asked the rooms be next door to each other, which was acknowdleged on the website, but not the case in person. This happens a lot with bookings.com where someone who has never been to a property sees rooms 7 and 9 and thinks they're close when in a small, pub setting, they're on different floors. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy even though it was busy when we arrived.
