The staff went above and beyond to help me with a package delivery. The location was great and rooms wre quiet.
Great location! A short walk to Bayswater and Queensway stations. Beautiful public areas and tastefully decorated rooms. Helpful courteous staff.
The property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Great value for the money, the beds were really comfortable, the room could be fully blacked out so sleeping in the summer was not a problem. The room has AC and a nice washroom. Complementary water daily is a nice detail not a lot of places do anymore.
