Friendly and helpful service at the front desk!
Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet.
The room and bed were extremely comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for the number of guests that appeared to be staying. It was also convenient to have access to room service with vegan menu options. The hotel's location was perfect. We were able to walk to a variety of places easily, including Buckingham Palace. We had a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and the South Kensington tube station was about five minutes away on foot.
Lovely room overlooking the back of the property, a great price for a great location
You were able to give us connecting rooms as we requested, much appreciated! Both rooms were very nice and comfortable. All staff was so polite and so very helpful. As with our last stay here the breakfast was delightful. You can’t beat the location in Kensington, so near wonderful restaurants, shops, tube station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you!
Location is perfect for.musums, the park and underground.
