The room was clean and pleasant, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was very convenient and central to many sights and activities as well as the tube station.
The location was perfect close to earls court tube and restaurants and close to Kensington
The staff and bedding were superb! Everything was well designed, clean and easily accessible via Earls Court station.
Excellent hotel with highly professional, large staff. The rooms are nicely carpeted and so, so nice with excellent, thoughtful detail. It’s quiet yet centrally located a short walk from a commercial street with cafes and the tube. I’d definitely stay there again.
We only stayed here for 1 night, and wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and it's extremely close to the Earl's Court tube station and very easy to get around. The staff was friendly and attentive. We appreciated the effort to book our 2 rooms close together, as we are a family travelling with teenage children.
