The staff was friendly, and very helpful arranging cabs and giving great recommendations for food etc. The location was perfect for several tour and restaurants. Very clean. Evening glass of wine in the lobby.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, being around the corner from Victoria Station and the palace were wonderful. I was able to walk most everywhere I wanted to go. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice.
The location is great, close to shops, cafes and the victoria central station. Very easy to access everywhere by underground. Friendly staff.
room , location, very friendly staff. we arrived too early at 11 and it was very easy to leave our luggage and go out for branch ( around of corner wonderful Italian place) and see Buckingham Palace (5 min away) and have a great walk through St. James's park. When we return our luggage was in the room. Rooms are very comfortable, clean
