The room was great, very comfortable bed and great location.
Appreciated the high ceilings and very large windows. Very refreshing to walk into such a spacious London room.
Location was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were all wonderful. Highly recommended (and already have !!) to several friends.
We booked the Garden room and it met all of our expectations . It was clean , very comfortable and spacious with a small balcony . We were a bit worried about the heat wave in London during our stay but the A.C in the room made sure that the room stayed cool at all times . The location is around 10 minutes walking distance from Earls court station which was very handy to move around despite the usual delays on the metro lines.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
The reception staff was amazing. Location is central 4 min from UG station. Quite place with near shopping possibilities.Room is clean and tidy.
