Location, comfy bed, location, friendly and helpful staff.
I was in a cute, little cosy room with newly decorated bathroom. I loved the lighting of the mirror which was adjustable. Many hotels have bad lighting, which makes applying make-up or grooming more difficult.
Staff very friendly, breakfast was really nice, Beds super comfy and very clean.
Lovely room, very spacious, clean and modern. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good bar area.
Room was comfortable, on an exceptionally hot couple of days there was little that could be done about the temperature, but the staff offered a room change to a more sheltered side of the building.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and nothing would have been too much trouble.
