A beautiful inn in an idyllic location. We appreciated all of the little details that were considered in the room. The beds were so comfortable. We loved having dessert and drinks out on the back patio as the sun went down after a long day of travel. The hotel made sure there was a lovely breakfast spread the next morning, as unfortunately the power at the inn had to be out for the day. We only wish we were here longer.
The staff were super helpful, welcoming, friendly.
Excellent breakfast and service!! The rooms are very tastefully decorated, but quite small such that in some rooms there is only space for the bed and luggage, without much more than that. However, the rooms are right next to an amazing garden with spectacular views, and food and drinks in a lovely outdoor setting. There is also a beautiful and updated historic pub literally steps away from the room.
Gorgeous, well-maintained property in a quaint and quiet location. Friendly staff. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but they have a nice garden where they make delicious pizza and cocktails. Excellent breakfast also. Free and easy parking, scenic walks all around. We had the perfect stay and would love to return some day!
Beautifully, thoughtfully designed interiors and amazing patio. Beautiful countryside setting in Asthall and close to Oxford and the rest of the Cotswolds. Food was also a real highlight. Simple, straightforward dishes all executed well.
