Located in the quaint village of Bramber at the foot of the South Downs, The Tollgate Bed & Breakfast offers free parking, and free Wi-Fi . The spacious bedrooms at The Tollgate Bed & Breakfast each have a private bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a flat-screen TV with Free View channels, a hairdryer and trouser press. It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close the doors of our restaurant while we reconsider what we can realistically offer to our guests and the local community. We are offering a Full English Breakfast each morning. Just outside Steyning, The Tollgate Bed & Breakfast is a 20-minute drive from Brighton and Hove. Surrounded by West Sussex countryside, there are many popular walks and cycle tracks nearby.

Check in / check out was done online. No visible staff, but there was a mobile number if we needed to make contact.
It suited us very well, as stayed one night and had an early departure.
The breakfast was freshly cooked and well prepared with a good selection
Perfectly quiet place, great location. Breakfasts ok, one takeaway breakfast ordered a day before our departure was excellent.
Lovely spacious room with great shower and really comfortable bed. Rooms not too hot even though it had been 30° or so during the day- that's unusual for hotels in my case! Nice car park at the back, quiet location and I loved the contactless check-in/check-out which made things slightly easier.
Delightful - upgraded to suite - impeccably clean - lots of windows!
