Friendly staff, lovely food and stunning views from a very comfy bed
Lovely old inn with lots of charm. Very near coast to coast trail though about 1/2 mile to Grasmere.
Friendly staff, comfortable furnishings and bed. Great views and nice walk into Grasmere. Breakfast was good too. Free parking.
Fantastic location for walking and traveling around the lakes with a large enough car park. Staff were great and bar/restaurant was very comfortable. Room was good and considering next to the road was surprisingly quiet. Food was exceptional
Great hotel well located just outside of village but easy walking distance. Nice food, great ale, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
