We booked at the last minute due to a cancelled train to our next destination, and we were so pleased with how quickly everything was arranged. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was ready immediately. As we were traveling with our son, we requested an extra bed, and to our delight, not only was the bed set up, but it was in a little adjoining room, which made our son feel special. The room had a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and tableware, and there were televisions in both rooms. The bathroom was modern, clean, and the Molton Brown toiletries were a lovely touch. Overall, we were very impressed with the modern amenities, the special touches, and the excellent staff. Highly recommend!

Value for money. Good facilities in the room. Generally a good option with 10 minutes walk to the metro and bus stations.

Loved the location! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, shower was awesome, very quiet neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

Location absolutely perfect for access to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens/Royal Albert Hall/V&A and Natural History Museum. Very easy access from the train station as well. Friendly and very helpful staff, quiet rooms.

Fantastic location, close to rail stations and eating. Safe neighborhood. Clean, mostly comfortable room.
