I've stayed in almost every hotel around Stratford station. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean and well-detailed (with everything you could think of--from lights and electric outlets by the bed), to controllable AC... We adore staying here and this was our second time! REALLY wonderful staff!!! Also good breakfast buffet!!! (its a five minute walk from the tube and station, location is very convenient! Also its right next to two malls, so the food choices and quite varied and you could buy anything you forgot at home ;-)
I left my passports and cash in the safety box. The hotel notified me immediately and I am very grateful about that.
Free upgrade on arrival. Decent size room. Comfy bed!

Everything about the hotel tl be honest, very clean ans tidy, very polite staff and exceptional cozy rooms
Exceptionally good value for money - close to transportation links and also the Stratford Centre for easy access into London and airport.
