Very friendly staff and great location! AC worked great for the hot hot July weather during our stay. Junior suite was perfect for a family of 3 with a teenager who desires some privacy. They even had umbrella rentals in the lobby which came in handy when our luggage did not arrive until the day before we checked out.

Rooms are big enough but vary (we had two of the same kind but each had a different layout and bathroom size was a bit different). Everything is within walking distance. We were on floor 5 and almost did not hear anything from the street.

The hospitality of the staffs were on top. One of them named Chia was an angel yesterday. We're so out of head about going to Heathrow Airport could not by taxi. The Pride Festival desperately ruined our plan. Thank God Chia had whole heartedly helped us carrying 2 of our heaviest luggages until we reached Leicester Square Station while it was raining pretty hard. Overall, the experience was fantastic with the staffs

It was our first long visit in London, so we found the location perfect for exploring the main tourist sites. It was clean, gave us the option for fewer days for maid service, responded immediately to requests, and had a good breakfast which you could either book ahead for every day or eat there when more convenient. Our room was small, but the bed was huge, the shower was hot, and coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and bottled water were provided. The hotel was in Piccadilly at one end of Leicester Square, but you would never know it in the room. Even though we looked out right onto a large busy square, our room was entirely silent. Staff were so friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the cafe, and the cleaning staff were always gracious and helpful. We could not have been happier with our choice.

Location was exceptional. The efficiency and prompt responses of housekeeper staff to our needs was most appreciated.
