Everything was as i've expected, clean and simple.
Loved the check-in process and the staff & the owner were very nice and helpful too. I will definitely come back for the next visit to London.
Arun at the reception was super helpful and pleasant. Guided me to nearby restaurants and recommended things to do. helped me with my late check-in. room had ample facilities including a proper kitchen that had a hob, microwave, fridge, oven etc. room was clean
The location is nice accessible to tube bus or car
The location was really good, very close to a huge park, an underground station and bus stops. Initially we had an issue with our room, but Arun was able to help very quickly and helped us fixed the issue. He was extremely responsive and friendly. Thanks to Arun we had a great time staying here
The room was clean and comfortable. All the necessary facielites were there (kettle, iron, etc. ) Really good value for money in London.
