The room was very warm and cozy. I loved the soft carpet all over the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I were really happy with the location, service, price, breakfast and the room. It was small, but could tell by pictures and description. Overall it was a great deal and staff was available and very helpful and friendly. The location was only about 4 blocks from Victoria Coach and Train stations, so we were able to walk over after taking bus from airport, and back. We loved the village close by with the great pubs and restaurants, so ate there as often as possible during our 5 night stay. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We will return when we come back to London. Great price! They even stored our luggage the day we were leaving, after check out and until we were ready to go to the station for the airport.
the property was in a great location the facilities were great for the price and the staff were fabulous. i also liked that a basic breakfast was included in the price. perfect to start off your day.
Ideal for overnight stay. Had seen some other reviews so pleasantly surprised on arrival. Very small and basic but only one night stay so pleased with stay. Not suitable for long stay.
the room was small but clean. we were interested to be central near the Victoria coach and railway station at at a reasonable price so this was great
