I Stayed in the place several times in the past while I’m visiting the town for business. However, this is the first time to interact with the owner directly. There was a misundersanding about the Access Code. He was very responsive, supportive and sorted out the issue in few minutes. Also, he did help me to clarify parking fines I got in the past. The service was immaculate. Stephen was there to problem solve at a time we were visiting for a medical emergency and it was made easier because of the stay and the apartment. We really enjoyed apartment 2 and 1. They were both clean and tidy with space.

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with excellent hosts who were quick to respond.

Location of property was great for Tamworth town centre and its facilities; road and rail access for connecting further afield were also very good. The apartment (No 3) was clean and well presented, with a number of useful extras provided by the host e.g. tea bags, milk, bathroom accessories etc. The furniture was hard wearing and in good condition. We were very thankful for the two fans given the heatwave we experienced during our stay. Stephen, the host, was very responsive to our communication and he helped to arrange our move to Apt 2 in the same building allowing us to move our luggage into the room rather than having to pack it up into the car and unpack again after 2pm. We would recommend this property.

Really close to the station, great kitchen, really clean, good parking on a brightly lit road so I felt safe.
