The staff were very accommodating our room was upgraded. The room was spacious and cool during the heatwave in London.
We loved it rooms are very clean and location near to all attractions
I stayed here for the night before my wedding - the staff were very attentive, the room was quiet and I very much enjoyed my stay.
The hotel's location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from Whitechapel train station. It was incredibly convenient, being right next to the Blizard Institute at Queen Mary University of London, which was the event venue I was attending. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I also really appreciated the consistently nice scent in the corridors and the fresh air throughout the hotel.
Location was great.Staffs were very helpfull and kind. Even there was a microwave in our room. Our room is cleaned on daily basis with changing towels.
