The hotel is exceptional our room was so big and thought of everything the hotel service was amazing we used the spa facilities which were amazing the staff were so friendly and welcoming an extra touch was added to our room we had foil 29 balloons as a surprise will definitely be back and recommend to anyone
Well located, good staff, clean, unique room layout, lots of complimentary treats
The location is the best! It's real close to the train station, attached to many shops & eateries. Beds are comfortable. Everyone was very nice. Everything is walkable from here. I had two rooms for one night, but I wished I had booked here for the first 4 nights before we left for a 3 day tour of the highlands. I had just paid for our hotel elsewhere & saw a good price for the W for those same nights for the same price. If I ever come back, I'll book the W.
Beautifully designed property in an excellent and vibrant location in New Town, attached to St James Quarter mall. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfortable.
Very good hotel, the terrace has the best view of the city. Wi fi is terrible, by now that shouldn’t be a problem however given the location my mobile gad terrible sign, staff couldn’t resolve my wi fi issue
