We stayed in the glamping tents which was a lot of fun, toilets and showers were really clean. Beds were very comfortable.
We were suppose to stay in a tent but it was so hot that the very friendly check in guy said that we could change to a room with AC, which we did.
Nice & fun hotel especially if you have kids under 8 yrs old.
Staff was incredible. Very warm, welcoming and super helpful. I wish I could remember their names. Having the buffet restaurant close was excellent. Prices were reasonable for the offerings plus the free breakfast. I did utilize the included pass to see the castle. The underground spooky tour is a must. It was so fun and terrifying. The room was comfy and clean. I chose to stay in the hotel rather the the cabin as planned to have a bathtub to soak in. The tavern had some delicious late night food for takeout. The sticky toffee pudding and steak strips were dinner two nights. Yum!
Spacious rooms with cute themed decor. We were five people in a room and it didn’t feel too cramped. The activities at night were fun for the kids and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful.
