The location is lovely. A very quiet site and super convenient for Looe. It’s was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Great value for money.

Caravan positioned with adequate distance from neighbours so didn't feel overlooked or cramped outside. Nice to be able to park next to van, especially when weather is bad. Good design for the space inside, excellent provision of utensils, tv, etc, everything worked well and thoughtfully provided to feel like home. Seating area very comfortable with plenty of room for two adults and two teenage girls, from three generations. Shower was excellent and good size given the limited space. Nice that Tony came to check everything was OK for us. Thank you!
Handy bus stop outside site to go to Polperro, Looe and liskeard. Accessible by train and bus. A walk downhill to reach beautiful coast path. Good on site shop. A catering van on site did a busy trade but I didn't test it. Would love to go again.
