The location was the best, probably the best thing about the hotel. Good sleep. Missed a few basics but did the job. Saurabh was great in assisting us.

The location was fantastic Room was minimal and very well designed The lighting in the room makes it perfect for a good night sleep. Check in and check out process was very smooth Sayan was very helpful and went above and beyond.

The location was terrific--walking distance to many attractions and on the Elizabeth tube line direct from Heathrow and on the Northern line, which gave good connections for tourist attractions. The price was reasonable (judging from the price of other rooms available in London). Staff was helpful and waived early check-in fee (perhaps because we were staying or 2 weeks) and put us in a room that she thought would give us the most space for 3 adults (a double bed and one twin rather than the 3 twin beds I think we had booked. The common area was nice. Hot water to make tea and instant coffee (provided) was available, as well as a small refrigerator to share with other guests. There are good food options (both grocery and restaurants) very close by. The hotel has a modern and clean design. Because the hotel is underground, one could hear the adjacent tube lines, but it was only a faint rumble and did not disturb our sleep. The WiFi service was good.
