The room was very quiet, well isolated from other rooms and street noise (and it was on a quiet street). The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were high quality, adding to the experience. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen was nicely equipped with good quality equipment and very clean. Wifi speed is excellent, over 250 Mbps speed test results.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Hammersmith. We arrived at Heathrow, and it was an easy 30-min tube ride on the Picadilly line. Modern facilities including digital locks, it meant we didn't have to worry about losing a card, or de-magnetising.

I’ve stayed at this property twice before and had wonderful experiences each time, which is why I was happy to book again. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, I left a pair of boots behind in the room. I contacted the property almost immediately to report the issue and asked if they could hold the item for me, as I was planning to return soon and I booked another stay. Despite sending multiple messages and emails over several days, I did not receive any response. Ultimately, I felt compelled to cancel my upcoming reservation due to this lack of communication. I hope the property can improve their responsiveness in the future, as this would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Great location! Such a nice neighborhood. Easy transportation access at Hammersmith tube station. Reception staff were especially kind and helpful.

This is a great location, short walk from the underground, quiet neighborhood. very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient stores close by for extra water, snacks etc.
