Swimming pool, game area, bicycles, proximity to the beach, prooximmity to the boardwalk. Friendly staff that helped me with some challenges I had with my reservation.
Love the pool and location right on the ocean beautiful spot

Also, that shower head, OMG!
The general "vibe" at the hotel is great too. I like the signs related to equality, etc., and the staff with whom I interacted were polite and respectful without being, like, fake-ass service personas.
Finally rooms without carpet - aka can be cleaned properly!
