This Orlando, Florida resort is located on 270 acres along the Butler Chain of Lakes 6.5 mi from Walt Disney World. Features include a 27-hole championship golf course, spa, and a Junior Olympic-size pool. Six tennis courts are available at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge. A state-of-the-art gym is available as well. Bay Hill Pro Shop offers signature golf equipment and apparel for purchase on site. The 3 on-site restaurants includes the casual but elegant Grill and Classic, which serves all-American fare for breakfast and lunch, and the casual Bay Window lunch and dinner eatery offering sandwiches, salads, and pizza. Rooms and suites include a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and photos from the Arnold Palmer Collection. Bay Hill Club & Lodge accommodations are equipped with cable TV. A patio and en suite are standard as well. Member's Lounge fireside bar offers wine, beer, and cocktails on site. Great place! Everything was spectacular except the checkout. The Bill was incorrect and I’m still trying to get it corrected. They charged us twice for golf which was $596.40. Spoke to Adam who assured me after checking we were correct to have the bill corrected. A new bill came with same price and errors. I was told a manager would correct it which he or she never did. After a third contact phone call which we spoke to Cat. She’s saying she can’t fix the bill because she needs a manager and there’s none on the property. I’m extremely frustrated with this entire process and will NEVER be a guest there again.

The food both at breakfast and dinner was wonderful and service was excellent. All of the staff was friendly and professional. We love the peaceful atmosphere and all the great amenities of golf and the practice facilities and great golf pro shop. The lodge is full of history and still modern.
The golf course and close to everything. We stay there 3 times a year for the last ten years.
