Everything !! It was a very spacious and well equipped suite, very clean and comfortable, with a great view. Steps away from one of the best beaches in Kauai. Restaurants, marketing and shops are a short drive a way.
Beautiful Poipu beach, nice pool and tenis courts. The apartament was spacious and there was all we needed.
Front Desk Staff (Mae and Kaysha) were exceptionally helpful--always smiling/friendly, gave good advice re: places to go, dining, etc.---They were amazing! When there were technical problems in the room (TV, internet, etc.), and maintenance was called, they came in record time (usually 5 minutes or less!!)--have been places where you wouldn't get service for a day or two--this was exceptional service! Liked that you could get DVDs to watch for free--provided something to do in the evenings.
The convenience of check in & out was wonderful. The Resort was perfect for my family. We are grateful & truly blessed to have found such a wonderful place through booking.com.
