It is a a stand alone studio apartment built out over Bodega Bay. Nice deck along bay side that is perfect for viewing water and boats. House was clean, in good condition and had great water pressure in the shower. Wifi worked well and we highly recommend this place, the location was perfect. We plan to return to this unit and have recommended it to our friends.
Being right on the water and seeing the wild life just outside, as well as the fishing boats quietly going out early in the morning. The place is perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable.
